  • ½ cup 70 g frozen mixed berries
  • ¼ medium banana 30 g
  • ½ cup 113 g plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup 120 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ scoop 15 g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon 3 g ground flaxseed
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 –4 ice cubes optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Add the frozen berries, banana, protein powder, flaxseed, and optional ice.
  3. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust the consistency with a small splash of almond milk if needed.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
