  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
  1. Spiralize and dry the zucchini noodles.
  2. Season and cook the chicken until it reaches 165°F.
  3. Melt butter, cook garlic, then stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan to make the Alfredo sauce.
  4. Quickly cook zucchini noodles for 1–2 minutes in a separate skillet.
  5. Return chicken to the sauce, toss with zucchini noodles, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
