Notes

Making pizza dough from scratch doesn't have to be complicated. Once you've mixed these four simple ingredients a couple of times, you'll probably skip the refrigerated dough at the grocery store. The texture is softer, the flavor is fresher, and you get the satisfaction of creating it yourself.
Keep a batch in the freezer, and homemade pizza becomes one of the easiest dinners you'll make all week. After your first bite of that crisp, chewy crust, you'll understand why this recipe has become my go-to whenever pizza night rolls around.
Save it for your next family pizza night, print a copy for your recipe binder, and enjoy experimenting with your favorite toppings.
