Ingredients
  

  • 1 Brie cheese round 8 oz (227 g)
  • 2 small decorative pumpkins
  • 3 oz 85 g thinly sliced capicola
  • 6 oz 170 g thinly sliced spicy salami
  • 4 oz 113 g soft-ripened French cheese
  • 2 oz 57 g blue cheese
  • 2 oz 57 g cubed hard sheep’s-milk cheese
  • 2 oz 57 g fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 8 fresh figs halved
  • 1 cup Castelvetrano olives
  • ¾ cup blackberries
  • ¾ cup caramel corn
  • ¾ cup fall-colored trail mix
  • ½ cup Cheez-It crackers
  • ½ cup dried apricots
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • cup candy corn
  • 1 box water crackers 4 oz (113 g)
  • 1 package Bruschettini toasts 4 oz (113 g)
  • 8 mini pumpkin-spice cookies
  • ¼ cup raspberry preserves
  • ¼ cup pomegranate arils
  • A handful of ghost-and-bat potato snacks
  • Optional candy eyeballs flowers, and food-safe Halloween decorations

Method
 

  1. Shape Halloween designs from the cold Brie with small cookie cutters. Reserve the scraps.
  2. Place pumpkins, decorations, cheeses, capicola, and spicy salami on a large platter.
  3. Fill the open spaces with fruit, olives, nuts, crackers, cookies, candy, and potato snacks.
  4. Spoon raspberry preserves over the soft-ripened cheese and sprinkle with pomegranate arils. Add candy eyeballs to the mozzarella pearls.
  5. Finish with optional flowers and decorations, then serve promptly.
