- Heat a grill to medium-high, about 400–425°F, or preheat the oven to 425°F. Tear six approximately 12-by-16-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil.
- Combine the melted butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss the corn pieces in the seasoned butter until evenly coated.
- Divide three corn pieces among each foil sheet. Spoon over any remaining butter, then double-fold the long edges and fold in the short ends, leaving a little space for steam.
- Grill for 15–18 minutes, turning once halfway through, or place on a rimmed baking sheet and bake at 425°F for 22–25 minutes. The corn is ready when the kernels are plump and tender when pierced.
- Carefully open the packets away from your face. Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley, and turn the corn through the melted butter before serving.
